We need you.
AI already writes code and already edits video. What it can't do alone is bring judgment: steer it, correct it, and ask the right questions. That's where you come in. This year we're opening two spots in our Trainee Program —one in development, one in content and marketing—: 6 months, on-site in Puebla, alongside the founder.
Mario
Founder of Avanzia
You'll work directly with me.
It's not a traditional job. It's training for where the craft is going.
It's an intensive 6-month program where you learn to work the way work is heading: with AI doing the heavy lifting and you in charge of direction, quality, and judgment.
You'll work on real client projects —several at once— with direct mentorship from the founder. You'll finish with a real portfolio and, if you're a fit, a clear path to a full-time role.
Two tracks, one program.
You apply the same way for both. Just tell us which one in the email subject. If you're torn, pick the one you'd do better today.
AI-Assisted Development
AI writes the code. You're in charge of architecture, quality, and judgment.
You build real software for real clients, leaning on AI end to end. Your job is not typing faster: it is deciding what gets built, reviewing what the AI proposes, and owning whether it works.

You shoot, edit, publish, and measure. With AI at every step of the pipeline.
Our clients already get results; what's missing is telling those stories. You'll go out and shoot them at their businesses, cut the piece, publish it, and check whether it worked — with AI as a multiplier, not a crutch.

We're not after the fastest typist. We're after someone who thinks, asks good questions, and wants to learn to leverage AI.
Who we're looking for
- Programming experience (school or personal projects count).
- Comfortable with version control (Git).
- You're NOT married to coding: solving problems excites you more than typing code.
- A real desire to learn to use AI in your daily work.
- Able to juggle several projects at once.
- Fluent English, spoken and written. This is required.
- Based in Puebla: the program is on-site.
AI-Powered Content & Marketing
We're not looking for a video editor. We're looking for someone who has the idea, shoots it, finishes it, publishes it, and then looks at the numbers.
Who we're looking for
- You come up with ideas and you land them. An idea that stays in the notebook doesn't count.
- You're comfortable with a camera (or a good phone) inside a real client's business.
- You edit video: cuts, pacing, captions, music. CapCut, Premiere, or DaVinci — whichever you know.
- You want to become a real marketing expert: understanding why a piece converts, not just posting it.
- A real desire to run 100% of the pipeline with AI: script, image, video, voice, copy, and analysis.
- You know the basic tools (Meta Business, Canva or Figma, analytics) — or you are willing to learn them fast.
- Able to run several brands at once, each with its own tone.
- Fluent English, spoken and written. This is required.
- Based in Puebla: the program is on-site and you'll be out shooting.
The pipeline you'll own
From the idea to the report, you carry it end to end. AI rides along at every step — the judgment is yours.

Extra for this opening: if you already have work, send us 2 or 3 links (reels, videos, campaigns). Personal projects are fine.
What you get
How to apply
The process is short and tells us a lot about you. Three steps, the same for both openings:
Your résumé in English
Send us your résumé in English, as a PDF.
A max 2-minute audio
Record yourself in Spanish telling us why you want to join Avanzia. Two minutes max.
Email it in
Send both to contacto@avanzia.io with the subject "Trainee 2026 — Development (or Content) — Your name".
We ask for the résumé in English because part of the job is communicating, in English, with clients in the United States. We'll assess your spoken English in the interview.
