What kind of software do you build?+
Internal management systems (custom ERP/CRM), multi-role operating platforms (admin, technician, customer), BI dashboards with real-time data, custom modules on top of existing ERPs such as Odoo, and web admin applications. We do not ship templates: everything we deliver solves a specific process in your company.
How much does a custom system cost?+
Complete operating systems for SMBs run from $200,000 to $1,200,000 MXN. A specific module (a collections dashboard or an inventory control panel, for example) runs between $40,000 and $150,000 MXN. The difference comes from the number of roles, integrations with existing systems, and level of automation. Fixed quote broken down by module, no open hourly rates.
What technology stack do you use and why?+
Frontend in React + TypeScript (Vite or Next.js depending on SEO needs). Backend on Supabase (PostgreSQL with RLS, Auth, Edge Functions). Netlify for the frontend, Supabase Cloud for data. When we add AI we use Claude (Anthropic) and OpenAI depending on the case. The stack is chosen so your team can maintain it afterwards: popular technology, public docs, nothing proprietary.
Can you maintain the software after launch?+
Yes. After go-live we offer monthly support plans ($8,000-$25,000 MXN/month depending on volume) that include hotfixes, dependency updates, error monitoring, and incremental improvements. If you prefer to run your own team, we hand over the full repository plus technical documentation and the first 60 days of support at no cost so your developer can get familiar with it.
My competitor already has this. Is custom worth it instead of buying off the shelf?+
It depends on the process. If what you need already exists (basic CRM, standard accounting), buy off the shelf: HubSpot, Pipedrive, QuickBooks. Custom only makes sense when: (1) your process is genuinely different, (2) the packaged tools force you to change your operation to fit their model, or (3) you need integrations none of them offer. In the first consultation we tell you honestly which case you are in.
